Kevin Davenport, P.E. – President

Kevin holds a Masters Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from South Dakota School of Mines and a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from UCF. He is a licensed professional engineer with 33 years of design and consulting experience and a professional certification in Sustainable Infrastructure. He taught for 14 years in the Engineering and Environmental Science Academy at Creekside High School.

Dylan Scanlon, E.I. – Vice President

Dylan graduated from Creekside High School in 2012 and earned his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida in 2017. Dylan’s work in the Civil Engineering industry began in 2013 during high school. He is a natural innovator and has helped shape many processes and design standards. Dylan is not only an incredible engineer, he is also passionate about helping develop and grow future engineers.

Andrew Kenyon, P.E. – Executive Director

Andrew graduated from Creekside High School in 2015 and earned his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 2019. Since January 2020, Andrew has provided engineering design services to Jacksonville, Florida and its booming land development industry. Services have largely consisted of stormwater design, water and wastewater utility design, plan production and permitting.
